NANOCERAMIC COATINGS
Why use NRCC nanoceramic coating?
Ceramic Coatings for all types of internal combustion engines and gears.
Ceramic coatings are applied to compensate for wear of metal surfaces. The process usually makes a replacement unnecessary. The resulting new surfaces are extremely hard and durable.
Up to now, engines and gears had to be disassembled and shipped to specially equipped facilities where cleaning and re-coating take place. The coated components are then returned for re-assembly at considerable cost.
There is a better way. NEUTRONSCORP uses a patented method, developed and tested in Germany, now available right in your own backyard, to apply these surfaces at a fraction of the cost without downtime. Materials and application procedures are supplied.
Independent third party testing has shown Nano Ceramic Coating restores engines, gearboxes, compressors, transmissions, and bearings to like new performance.
When this happens the results are increases in:
These benefits have been documented through years of field testing and cost improvement analysis reports that show good returns on investment in NANO Ceramic Coatings.
ESTIMATED COST TO APPLY A CERAMIC COAT TO OVERHAUL A DIESEL ENGINE
Basis: Disassemble engine, ship parts to be coated, re-assemble.
8 pistons x $60 = $480
Combustion chambers $550
8 exhaust ports x $30 = $240
8 cylinder exhaust manifolds $400
Cost of disassembling and reassembling, and packaging, shipping and down time are approximately $1000 per day.
14 days x $1000 $14.000
Total approximate cost $15,670
Above figures do not include cost to coat injector components, bearings, bottom engine parts or other friction areas of the lubricated surfaces. It is not clear if those areas can be treated by using this method.
There is an Alternative
Using NRCC (Neutrons-Rewitec-Ceramic-Coat) method will re-surface ALL
Friction areas of an engine of a similar size for about $700. It will only take a similar amount to protect transmissions, differentials and other gears.

Details:
Medium between low and high replacement cost.
Based on consumption of 47 l/100 km at $ 1/litre.
Assumes 5% fuel saving after treatment is completed.
Estimated cost of one scheduled oil change every15.000 km.
Based on a laboratory oil analyses and an expected friction reduction.
Takes into account an engine displacement of 10 L and treatment of all gears. Amount will vary with type of transmission and gears.
Takes into account wear items such as shocks, batteries, starters etc., with the exception of tires.
For fuel consumption measurements to be valid they have to be established under controlled conditions in a laboratory on the same vehicle. The first measurement must be obtained before the engine is treated with REWITEC, the second after the treatment is finished. Such reports are available. Particulate reductions were shown to reach up to 63% in an advanced diesel engine.
REWITEC changes opposing rubbing metal surfaces into a hard metal/silicate which operates with very little friction. The material has a strong mechanical cleaning effect in the engine and will remove carbon deposits.
REWITEC is a patented product and has been scientifically tested. GL one of the oldest Listing Societies with offices in various Canadian cities, including Vancouver, has issued a blanket recommendation for general use.
Above figures will vary depending on the type of vehicle.
